Save emails as files

No Outlook or Gmail login. Save .msg or .eml, then drop them here. PST and OST are not supported.

Outlook on Windows
  1. Open Outlook and select the message.
  2. Choose File, then Save As.
  3. Set the type to Outlook Message Format, Unicode (*.msg).
  4. Save, then drop the .msg file here. Repeat, or multi-select if your Outlook version allows it.

Outlook on the web cannot save .msg. Use desktop Outlook, or save as .eml from another app.

Outlook on Mac
  1. Select the message.
  2. Choose File, then Save As, or drag the message to a folder.
  3. Mac Outlook usually creates an .eml file. That works here.
Gmail
  1. Open the message.
  2. Open the more menu (three dots).
  3. Choose Download message. Gmail saves an .eml file.
Apple Mail
  1. Select one or more messages.
  2. Choose File, then Save As, or drag them to Finder.
  3. You should get .eml files. Drop those here.
Thunderbird
  1. Select the messages.
  2. Choose Save As, then File.
  3. Save as .eml and drop the files here.
