Naming

Example when email metadata exists: invoice.pdf can become 2026-10-08_Acme_Invoice_001.pdf using the real email date, sender, subject, and sequence. Empty tokens are omitted, not invented.

Template tokens

{name} Original file name without extension
{ext} Original extension, including the dot
{seq} Sequence number in this batch
{prefix} The prefix field
{date} Email date if present, otherwise the file last-modified date
{yyyy} Year from that same available date
{mm} Month from that same available date
{dd} Day from that same available date
{sender} Email sender name or address, only when that metadata exists
{subject} Email subject, only when that metadata exists
{type} File extension without the dot

This is the same shared workflow as extraction: drop the extractor ZIP or send files over after extracting. Renaming itself is not unique. The advantage is staying connected to the email fields you already recovered. The ZIP includes rename-map.csv.

Checkout is not configured on this deployment. Labeled sample batches still work.
