The product

BatchGoblin offers on-device Essentials tools for saved emails (.msg and .eml): Email to PDF, Attachment Extractor, and Batch Rename & Organize. Pro adds a private workspace with Monthly Paperwork and BatchGoblin Signals (Customer Feedback). Output is not a pixel-perfect Outlook print and is not certified for legal evidence. Mailbox login, PST, and OST files are not supported.

Price

Local samples are 20 files per batch, 3 sample batches. Essentials is $19 a month (USD) for the on-device tools (100 files and 100 MB per batch). Pro is $29 a month total, not an add-on. Signals stays inside the Pro AI allowance (100 page units per Stripe billing period). There is no per-batch charge and no $49 or $99 tier. Cancel from Stripe. Access follows the billing-state policy. Existing license keys stay valid for local tools until an explicit migration policy is supplied.

Refunds and revocation

Refunds, if offered, are processed through Stripe. After a refund, the operator may revoke the associated license. There is no automated guarantee of refunds in this draft. Manual recovery uses the support contact and the Stripe receipt.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the files you convert and for having the right to process them. Do not use the site to attack others or to overload the payment and recovery endpoints.

Limitation of liability

The software is provided as-is. Conversion can fail, drop formatting, or misread uncommon Outlook structures. Keep original .msg files.
